Locanda Orchidea - Florence

Really good breakfast variety!

The venue is placed in a very central position within walking distance of the Uffizzi gallery.

This is surely the best low cost hotel, genuinely helpful and extremely helpful staff, tastefully decorated rooms. The food is great, loved continental breakfast. It is in a convenient location with fantastic views. Thank you for a very good stay.

The location is very nice, just a short walk from the Duomo and restaurants. Noise from the street can be bothersome at times.

Prime setting in the good area, next to many attractions, and Locanda Orchidea. Nearby The Lion's Fountain - great place to chill out. Beautifully decorated and air-conditioned rooms with amzing sunlight available.

Beds were a little hard.

Beautiful old and intimate place to stay 1 km away from a prominent art museum. Sincere, excellent staff with smiling face. Fabulous meals with cold drinks.

Enjoyable daily breakfasts pleasingly diverse.

The room was quite small and lacked a fridge. There was no WiFi inside the room, forcing me to seek connections in the hallway. The air conditioning was noisy, which disturbed my sleep .

First, the coffee setup felt so cramped and unwelcoming, like they just threw it on top of a fridge. With such a marvelous location, you'd think they'd pay some attention to presentation. Plus, I expected a little treat upon arrival or the courtesy of a room upgrade, but guess that's only for the fortunate ones. Such a disappointment.

Air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping me cool during the hot summer days. Breakfast was varied with fresh pastries, meats, and fruits available each morning. An excellent coffee machine. Luciano, our host, was attentive and, offering helpful suggestions for local attractions. There were a few minor drawbacks. The room wasn't as soundproof as I hoped, and I heard some street noise at night with the window open. The WiFi connection was inconsistent in my room. Minor inconveniences aside, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Florence.

The kids loved exploring the internal patio and garden while we enjoyed the comfortable room with everything we needed. Breakfast was a good mix of options that catered well to everyone. The location was also ideal for family outings.

My wife says that two water bottles per day would be better for families.

This was just a fitting option for a city escape in Florence with fantastic value for money. The breakfast was fresh and had good quality food, perfect to start the day. If you like coffee, grab a cappuccino they serve. It's great!

The place had this cozy vibe, like stepping into a warm hug, you know? Luciano was so helpful he even gave me tips on secret spots in town that only locals know about.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for what you get.
